Below are answers to some of the questions we most frequently hear from our customers. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please complete the Contact Form to send us your specific request.


Q. How do I create an account so I can hire some bikes?

The hire process includes a step that allows you to create an account, however you select your dates, your bikes and frame sizes, and enter your frame customisations before you enter your personal details. So go ahead and choose your bikes first and we’ll grab your details just before you submit your payment.

Q. I already have an account, how do I login?

You can login using any login form on the site. There is always one at the bottom of the page, and there is another one in the “Your Details” section of the hire process. Once you have logged in, you’ll be able to see a summary of your previous bookings, if you have made any.

Q. How do I customise my bike setup after I have made a booking?

After you have hired your first bike and we have created an account for you, you’ll be sent a welcome email detailing your username (which will always be your email address) and your new password. Please check your junk mail in case this email has not been delivered correctly!

You’ll also be sent a booking confirmation email that contains a direct link to your booking page, which you can use to enter your frame customisations up to a week before your trip. This page is secure so you’ll need to login to be able to customise your sizes and select your pedals.

Q. Can I see what bikes you have available, and what prices they are, without an account?

Absolutely! Simply visit the Hire a Bike section and enter the dates of your trip into the form at the top of the page. This will show you what bikes we have available for those dates, and what frame sizes we have left.

Please be aware that while we have a large number of bikes and frame sizes, there are some periods during the year where we are exceedingly busy. If you don’t see the frame size of your choice for the dates you have selected, this means that particular bike has been booked.

Q. I don’t see the bike I want to hire – what can I do?

On rare occasions we have last minute cancellations where we are unable to list the bike as available on the website, so if you are travelling soon and you don’t see the bike you want, send us a message using the Contact Form and we’ll let you know if the bike you want is available. We also have a small number of bikes that aren’t listed online, so please let us know of your selection and we’ll try and find a suitable bike for you.

Q. How do the frame sizes listed on your site relate to the frame sizes I’m used to?

While you are looking at our bikes you’ll see the following icon – – above each bike’s frame sizes, that when clicked will open a small popup window detailing the measurements for that particular bike.

Colnago sizes are a little different, as their geometry is unique to Colnago. Please see the table below for how Colnago bikes compare to normal bike geometry.

Q. How can I cancel my booking?

Please see the terms and conditions to see our cancellation terms. The cancellation fee is 75% of the hire cost if you cancel more than 28 days before your trip, and 100% of the hire cost for late cancellations within 28 days of your trip.

To cancel your booking, or a particular bike in your booking, please send us a message using the Contact Form so we can process your refund, minus the handling fee.

Q. Can I change the dates of my booking?

During quieter periods it is usually possible to change the dates of your booking – please use the Contact Form to let us know if you would like to do so.

There are times during the year when we are extremely busy and the majority of our bikes are booked out, and it is not always possible to change the dates of your booking during these busy periods, when it is likely the bike you have booked has been hired by another customer on the day before you pickup, or the day after you dropoff.

Q. Can you deliver bikes to my hotel?

We’re sorry, but we don’t provide a bike delivery or pickup service directly, however you can organise transfers and island wide bike delivery and pickup using our partners by emailing them directly.

Q. Can you organise transfers for our party to your store?

Q. What are your opening hours?

Our store in Pollença is open every day from 9am to 7.30pm between March 1st and October 31st.

Between November and February we are open by appointment only, in other words if you’ve booked a bike during these times, we’ll be there for your pickup and dropoff!

Q. Do you organise group rides?

Absolutely! We leave the Pro Cycle Cafe at 9am every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and you’re more than welcome to join us.

We generally ride for 100km averaging 26-28kmh, with a stop for coffee, returning to Pro Cycle Cafe at about 1pm.
